Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability and require valid payment information.
Guests must be 21 or older to book a room or participate in casino activities, in compliance with gaming regulations.
Rates are quoted per night, excluding taxes, fees, and gaming surcharges, and may vary based on demand or events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in (3:00 PM local time) incur no penalty.
Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged the first night’s rate plus applicable fees.
Special promotions, casino packages, or event bookings may have non-refundable terms, as indicated at booking.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in is at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability.
Valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in for incidentals and gaming verification.

Guest Conduct

Guests must adhere to respectful behavior toward staff, other guests, and casino regulations.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas, including casino floors, except in designated zones; a $300 cleaning fee applies for violations.
Damage to hotel or casino property will result in charges for repair or replacement.

Casino Policies

Guests participating in casino activities must comply with all applicable gaming laws and regulations.
The Ace Hotel & Casino reserves the right to refuse gaming services to any individual at our discretion.
Responsible gaming is encouraged, and resources are available for guests needing support.

Pet Policy

Small pets (under 25 lbs) are allowed in designated rooms for a $75 nightly fee.
Pets must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in casino, dining, or spa areas.

Liability

The Ace Hotel & Casino is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, including gaming winnings.
We are not responsible for disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues).
Guests use facilities (e.g., casino, pool, spa) at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of The Ace Hotel & Casino and may not be reproduced without permission.
Trademarks and service marks are protected under applicable laws.

Governing Law
